At 4th and 43, our impact is rooted in community. Each year, we bring people together through culture, entertainment, and meaningful partnerships to create opportunities for underserved youth across the Capital region. Through education, mentorship, mental health support, and exposure to college and career pathways, we help young people build confidence, resilience, and a vision for what’s possible. Every event, every sponsor, and every act of support helps us invest in brighter futures and stronger communities.
