Scholarship Eligibility

Support future leaders through our annual HBCU scholarship, awarded at the DMV Summer Kickoff. To apply, send your letter of interest by April 30, 2026, to tena@4thand43.org or byron@4thand43.org. Applicants must attend an HBCU in Fall 2026 and live in the DMV area. Winners will be announced before the May 31st festival.
