4th & 43 is proud to support the next generation of leaders through our annual HBCU scholarship, awarded live at the DMV Summer Kickoff Music Festival. To apply, eligible students must submit a letter of interest via email to tena@4thand43.org or byron@4thand43.org no later than April 30, 2026. Applicants must be enrolled in a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) for the Fall 2026 semester and reside within the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. The selected recipient will be notified two weeks prior to the May 31st festival event.
